  2011 Staff Application Form

  You may fill out the following soft copy of the Staff Application & Conduct Agreement and e-mail it to the Camp Director as an attachment.  Please attach a picture with the e-mail as well if you did not include one in the application.  You will be required to sign this document when you arrive at Camp prior to being granted status as a Camp Connections volunteer.
